PowerUP Program 

(Fall 2022)

A brand new program! In partnership with After School Matters and Chicago Public Schools, Civic Studios brought a series of digital media workshops to 12 different high schools in Chicago! Over the course of 10 weeks, students in the program learned about Film Production, Music Production, Podcasting, and Graphic Design. They were given various challenges by professional artists and utilizedfree software and tools at their finger tips to create artistic portfolio pieces that were presented during their final showcase.
